Questions About Your Headshot Photography Session?
This depends on what the photos will be used for and the desired look. Indoors is preferred for a few reasons. Lighting, weather, and temperature can be controlled, whereas outside you're at the mercy of the sun and weather. The position of the sun also limits ideal photo taking time. It's also easier to to shape the light in the studio, whereas outdoors requires carrying equipment. The temperature affects what you can wear. Lastly, outdoor locations may require permits, and when shooting outdoors we need to work around other people.
