How It Works
Let's talk! We'll discuss the look(s) you're going for and the use and placement of the images. Knowing their purpose and destination will inform color, framing and editing decisions.
1. Say Hello
Lock in the date(s), sign the contract, pay the retainer, and we're ready to roll!
2. Schedule Your session
We'll go over outfit choices, backdrops, indoor vs outdoor, closeup/medium/full body shots, and any other considerations.
3. PLan it out
See all of your preparation come to life! I want you to feel completely at ease during the shoot, so remember that it's all about having fun and letting your personality shine through. You'll be cheered on throughout the entire session, ensuring that every photo reflects the targeted mood and look.

The Final Step
Unedited, watermarked proofs will be sent to you within 3 days of our shoot. Choose your favorites for me to edit, and once the invoice is paid, you'll get them back within 5-10 days!

Questions About Your Headshot Photography Session?
This depends on what the photos will be used for and the desired look. Indoors is preferred for a few reasons. Lighting, weather, and temperature can be controlled, whereas outside you're at the mercy of the sun and weather. The position of the sun also limits ideal photo taking time. It's also easier to to shape the light in the studio, whereas outdoors requires carrying equipment. The temperature affects what you can wear. Lastly, outdoor locations may require permits, and when shooting outdoors we need to work around other people.
